The Clerk-Treasurer is the Chief Financial Officer for the municipal government. This office is responsible for all financial aspects of the city including record keeping budgets, payroll, tax reports, insurance and accounts payable. The Clerk-Treasurer is secretary to the Council and is custodian of municipal records. Minutes of the Common Council and Board of Public Works are open records and can be viewed during working hours. City parking tickets are payable at the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office.
