The Utility Office for the City of Washington consists of Billing and Collections, Bookkeeping, and Customer Service.

It is our responsibility to read and repair electric and water meters, bill customers, accept payments, respond to questions or problems, and to monitor and report on the financial status of the Utility Departments.
