Objective

Increase walking paths/sidewalks within the city of Washington.

Complete 4 blocks by December 2016.

Blocks of sidewalk/paths completed.

Notes for Goal 1

• How was baseline established? Memorial Ave section was chosen to complete sidewalk to park. Safety issues as people walk in the street to get to the park. We also have Safe Routes to School project in progress. Information collected on progress to date.
• Progress made and challenges overcome for reporting year 1 (Please include cost savings and efforts to inform the public of your progress.) Cost Study completed and the site evaluation completed on Memorial Avenue.
